Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Stoke Mode ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Stoke Mode is an iOS application designed to help content creators manage their screen time and app usage. The App uses Apple's Screen Time and Family Controls frameworks to:

• Track your app usage and screen time
• Block or limit access to distracting apps
• Set goals for creative work time
• Provide insights into your creating vs. consuming habits

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Stoke Mode. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian.

User Responsibilities

When using Stoke Mode, you agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose
• Provide accurate information when creating an account
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the App's functionality
• Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Screen Time Permissions

Stoke Mode requires access to Apple's Screen Time and Family Controls APIs to function. By granting these permissions, you understand that:

• The App can monitor which apps you use and for how long
• The App can block or limit access to apps you select
• You can revoke these permissions at any time through iOS Settings
• All Screen Time data is processed locally on your device

Intellectual Property

Stoke Mode and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Stoke Mode and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of Stoke Mode may require a paid subscription. If you purchase a subscription:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policies

Disclaimer of Warranties

Stoke Mode is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stoke Mode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or productivity, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Stoke Mode operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
